Welcome to Eugenia's! As a former gymnast, I've always had a passion for a healthy lifestyle, however, I recognized the need for high quality, feel-good meals on the go. I began dreaming about a place to provide delicious, nutritious, options so much that I decided to purchase this converted horse trailer and turn it into a mobile eatery. The name Eugenia's comes from my grandmother. She was always my biggest role model and cheerleader. I only knew her name as Jeannie and came to learn her full name was Eugenia after she passed. I thought it was beautiful and it turns out Eugenia is also a form of plant that produces fruit and berries. It felt like the perfect fit when deciding what to name my fruit and vegetable business. I'm so excited to offer satisfying meals that cater to your lifestyle. I am so happy you are here!
